On May 18, 2026, a mortgage agreement was concluded, by which the real estate was mortgaged in favor of the Investors.
On May 19, 2026, a loan was disbursed, part of which was directed to cover the claim of the first-rank mortgage creditor. The payment was made through a notary's deposit account, from which the funds were disbursed only after the first-rank mortgage holder renounced the existing mortgage and the Investors acquired the first-rank mortgage right to the mortgaged property.

"Minijos Parkas" is a real estate conversion and development project being developed in a strategically attractive part of Klaipėda city - Minijos st. 153.

The project is secured by real estate, the value of which significantly exceeds the amount of the first financing stage.

Meanwhile, when the Project Owner fulfills its obligations under the loan agreement and repays the investments provided, payments will be distributed taking into account the stages at which the investments were made and the schedules attached to the loan agreements, i.e. investments will be returned to Investors of later stages after covering the investments made by Investors of earlier stages.
